As part of my consultancy work, I can help - I have over 20 years' experience within the school meal industry and ran my own in-house catering for a number of those years.
Working with Secondary, Primary and Special schools, me and my team can help you every step of the way, providing support, for example, from a head teacher who has a vast wealth of knowledge, as well as putting you in touch with experts in how to source local and fresh food, and help with your food supply chain. I'm expert at looking at a dining room/school hall set up and identifying solutions to make the meal service run smoother - and often with little additional outlay; I also provide training of catering staff, carry out a full school meals audit, menu planning, and provide recipes that are tried and tested.
